The ORV Ordinance went into effect October 11, 2022

This Ordinance will be voted upon by the Cedar Creek Township Board on 9/6/2022 at 6:00 pm during the Public Hearing.

The Cedar Creek Township Board approved the new fee schedule and rules for the Transfer Station on June 1, 2022 with an effective date of June 14, 2022.

These remarks were made in response to a misinformation flier that circulated throughout the township.

Please note the May 11 Cedar Creek Township Meeting will be held at the Holton HS/MS Cafeteria. Please enter off Syers Road. Facial Coverings and distancing protocols will be required per the contract we have with the school system.

Due to the spread of the novel covid-19 coronavirus, Cedar Creek Township is temporarily reducing the number of Board meetings it holds. In order to do so, we must do so through executive action. In response to the Governor's "Stay Home, Stay Safe" Executive Order, Cedar Creek Township has prepared the above list of emails and contact numbers for your use.

We have been receiving lots of questions about our Transfer Station - as of this writing, we have every intent of serving our citizens on Saturdays for as long as possible. The log business office will be closed for anything other than business operations. Our valued Transfer Station attendants will be wearing gloves and we ask that you practice social distance precautions. If possible, please try to have correct change so that financial transactions are kept to a minimum. A copy of the fee/hour schedule is attached for your convenience. Please call Linda M.
